Expenses・Dormitory Student Association activities・School Meals, etc.

When students enter the dormitory, they are required to pay the boarding fee, dormitory student association membership fee, dormitory management fee, and dormitory meal fee necessary for daily life. The dormitory association membership fee is paid once a year (in April), the boarding fee and school dormitory management fee are paid twice a year (in April and October) together with the tuition , and the dormitory meal fee need to be paid directly to the school meal supplier every month.

The following expenses are necessary for daily life in the dormitory.

The average monthly fee including dormitory meal is about 30,000 yen (33,000 yen for International Dormitory)

  1. The dormitory management fee is set on the assumption that the annual fee will be paid in full, and will be collected in two installments, the first and second semesters. As a general rule, the dormitory management fee is not refundable (except in the case of damage to the building caused by a natural disaster or eviction due to renovation).
  2. In the event that a student leaves the dormitory in the middle of the month or does not require meals for special reasons (hereinafter referred to as "missed meals") the Meal expenses (860 yen per day) will be refunded for the period.
  3. Dormitory boarding and meal fees may change during of the year due to price fluctuations.
  4. Please note that students who have not paid their meal fees may not be allowed to stay in the dormitory.

Dormitory fees for the 2022 academic year are yet to be determined but are expected to increase by approximately 3,000-4,000 yen per month.

The Dormitory Students' Association was established for the purpose of fostering the personal development of dormitory students through the autonomous management of dormitory life, and to promote friendship among students.

Boarders are provided with a meal from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch.
Students who, for any reason, go out or stay overnight during the week and do not require a meal, must report their absence. (Notification must be submitted to the dormitory meal supplier at least 4 days in advance)

Friday dinner and Sunday lunch are available to students by paying cash on the spot.

Dormitory
