The purpose of this collaborative in-house center is to promote research and development of technical programs in and dealing with the local community.
The center collaborates with the local community to provide a technical research base as well as to facilitate communication between the private, public, and educational sectors. These sectors work together to contribute technological information to the local community to help it in their plans for future development.
